I wanted to acknowledge in these days where every one is trying to sell you something you don’t need or want or so afraid to be scammed. I have had the pleasure of having Michael Andrew’s whom I met through a Professional networking group, who patiently was there months before to help me prepare for my retirement and there to answer any questions I may have since Medicare and taking social security in the near future was so foreign to me.
Mike assisted me in getting my Medicare care card explained and how things work with social security in layman’s terms, and explained various options based on what was most important to me currently and what my future concerns may be with coverages and max out of pocket amounts etc. that we would gather that information to present various options when got together again, and he was alway on time for the appointments and confirmed a head of time so I didn’t forget.
Mike said he would be there through the enrollment process, future changes or just when I may have questions in the future as my medical health needs may change and he has kept his word.
I have already recommended him to my best friend, and even strangers. I am looking forward to a long business relationship and know he always returns calls and emails promptly, and these days that is so rare. You will be happy with his professionalism, promptness and open candor.
